Stephane is an experienced executive with a successful track record in building fast growing, customer-centric businesses within the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Life Science Tool industries. Stephane was formerly CEO of MIP Discovery (renamed as Tozaro) where he led a strategic pivot from IVD to Cell & Gene therapy and three Series A funding rounds, securing ca. $18m of VC and Angel capital. Stephane was previously Managing Director of SCIPAC, where he led the privately owned IVD critical reagent business through a sustained period of expansion and diversification. SCIPAC was sold to BBI where Stephane held a number of senior positions. Stephane holds a Masters degree in Business and a degree in Applied Biology, and is passionate about building successful teams, driving product innovation and forging strategic partnerships.

Lowri has over 14 years' commercial experience in the IVD, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical sectors. She has extensive experience working with global IVD companies on key biological solutions and supporting projects from R&D through to manufacturing. Prior to joining Logical Biological in November 2021, Lowri was Chief Commercial Officer at MIP Diagnostics and has held various other commercial roles including Global Key Account Manager at BBI Solutions and Sector Sales Manager at Biocatalysts. She brings a strong track record of building customer relationships, new customer acquisition and driving growth. She holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from Cardiff University.

Vicky joined Logical Biological in 2022 with over 25 years' of Finance, HR and Commercial experience. She has worked in a multitude of industries with global coverage and has extensive expertise in developing 'fit for purpose' systems and processes. Prior to joining Vicky worked alongside a number of start-up businesses to help develop their 5-year strategies and to secure funding and investment. She comes with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies. Vicky is CIMA qualified and holds a Masters Degree in Business and Finance.

Andrew brings over 35 years of diagnostic expertise to Logical Biological, latterly specialising in the strategic management of materials within this highly regulated industry. Prior to joining Logical Biological in April 2024, Andrew held operational and management positions in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Operations in notable IVD companies including DiaSorin, Abbott Diagnostics and Murex Biotech, where Andrew was instrumental in driving impactful sourcing strategies, optimising relationships, implementing process and system integration efforts and introducing key operational improvements. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in applied biology, is a certified Lead Auditor and is APICS CPIM and Lean Six Sigma qualified.
