Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) contain a diverse mix of white blood cell types that are present in an individual’s peripheral blood, including lymphocytes, monocytes, and natural killer (NK) cells. These cryopreserved cells are a convenient solution for oncology, immunology, therapeutic drug discovery, and cell and gene therapy researchers.
Our PBMC and isolated blood cell populations are characterized by outstanding post thaw viability of ≥90% and a purity of ≥85%, as confirmed by flow cytometry, ensuring optimal performance for your research needs.
Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells
We have an extensive range of cryopreserved PBMCs and isolated blood cell populations, collected under IRB approval. Cell counts typically range from 5M to 100M cells/vial. Our PBMCs are preserved in the vapor phase liquid nitrogen within CryoStor10 media and lithium heparin anticoagulant tubes, however we can use other media or tubes as requested. We offer:
