Logical Biological offers a wide range of SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19 material, typically with quantitative results:
- serum
- plasma
- blood
- saliva
- swabs
- PBMCs
We also offer material for cross-reactivity testing, e.g. Human Coronavirus OC43 / 229E / HKU1 / NL63, Flu A/B, Haemophilus influenzae, ANA, HIV, HBV, HCV RSV, MPV & Rhinovirus
Prospective collections and Matched Sets can be arranged.
Whatever your requirement for COVID-19, please contact us as it is very likely we can support your project – see example projects here
See the comprehensive information available on examples of our Certificates of Analysis for SARS-CoV-2 positive nasopharyngeal swabs, SARS-CoV-2 IgG positive serum and Human Coronavirus OC43 serum

Prospective collection project examples
- SARS-CoV-2 Swab/saliva Matched Sets – Nasal swabs provided by SARS-CoV-2 donors. Swab dipped into proprietary liquid provided by client. Second swab provided for confirmatory SARS-CoV-2 PCR. Saliva taken from the same donor. Collected swabs and saliva immediately frozen. Relevant data recorded (e.g. age, gender, symptom onset date, date of collection).
- SARS-CoV-2 Positive & Negative Dry Swabs – Nasal swabs provided by suspected SARS-CoV-2 donors. Second swab provided for confirmatory SARS-CoV-2 PCR. Swabs placed ‘dry’ in tubes and frozen immediately after collection.
- SARS-CoV-2 Seroconversion Panels – Suspected SARS-CoV-2 donors tested using rapid antigen test (for fastest turnaround time as a requirement of the project was to begin collecting with 2 days of symptom onset). Blood and plasma provided by donors every day for 14 consecutive days. Nasopharyngeal swab provided for confirmatory PCR test on Day 1 of blood collections, for exclusion of SARS-CoV-2 negative donors.
